My Background
As a natural catalyst, bridge and communicator I bring the best of my skills, experience and expertise to groups, organisations and individuals to help develop direction, focus and potential.
An extensive career in teaching, training, journalism, counselling and in more recent years, coaching, together with a passion for developing people and potential, has equipped me with an extensive range of tools and experience at your disposal.
I trained with the flagship UK Coaching Academy to gain a distinction in an Advanced Diploma in Personal Performance Coaching, and I am a lifelong member of the Academy, abiding by their code of ethics. I am also trained in Group Facilitation and NLP and bring many years of experience of facilitating and training groups and individuals helping people move forward towards their potential.
Additional professional and academic qualifications include a BA Honours degree in Philosophy and Literature, a BAC Diploma in Counselling and a Post-Graduate Degree in Education. I completed a year-long course with psychotherapist Malcolm Stern on Group Dynamics and have completed countless training courses on various aspects of psychology and personal growth.
I work in partnership with a number of organisations and Associates to ensure that I deliver the best value and a personalised service to maximise benefit to all individuals and groups I work with.
My passion and drive has always been focused on personal and professional development and implementing knowledge and experience gained in my own life challenges and in my work with people.
